After more than two decades working across international, federal, state, and local intelligence operations, Chris knew exactly what was missing: a platform that understood how real investigations work.

He spent his career connecting dots across borders, agencies, and data silos — from national security and transnational crime to gang activity and local policing. And through it all, the tools were always lacking: either too rigid, too generic, or too disconnected from the mission.

So he built Luminyx — not as a tech product, but as a field-tested intelligence platform designed from the ground up for the people who do the work. Chris' vision is simple: give law enforcement the tools he always wished he had.
